SHEPPY ADHESIVE A6A

Technical data

This adhesive is a filled Borated Dextrin, having good tack, medium open time and short bonding time, making it a very useful general purpose adhesive.

Because of it's high viscosity, this adhesive requires heat for ease of application to a maximum temperature of 110° F (43° C) approximately.

It is also eminently suitable for two-ply and three-ply tube winding, where it finds application on PC.MC, Perini, Dixon and Perkins machines. Tubes are usable within 5 minutes of manufacture and usually reach full strength in 15-20 minutes.

• Total Solids 50% - 51%
• pH 9.5 - 10.0
• Viscosity 60 - 70 poises @ 25° C Brookfield LVT Spindle 2 Speed 3
• A water-based, non-flammable adhesive.
