3. HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION
Hazard identification not required - product not
regarded as a health hazard under current legislation.
4. FIRST AID MEASURES
Inhalation: No hazard.
Skin Contact: While the product is not a
primary irritant, prolonged and repeated contact can
cause a reaction, especially to sensitive skins. Barrier
creams or gloves in these cases are necessary.
Eye Contact: These adhesives are not primary
irritants, but contact may cause smarting. Irrigate
thoroughly with warm water. If symptoms persist, seek
medical advice.
Ingestion: These products are unlikely to be
unintentionally ingested in sufficient quantity to cause
discomfort. In cases of large quantity ingestion, use an
emetic and obtain medical advice at once.
5. FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES
Extinguishing Media: No restriction necessary.
These adhesives are non-flammable, having no flash
point, and therefore no special precautions are
necessary.
Hazardous Decomposition Products: Carbon
Dioxide and Carbon Monoxide.
6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES
Spill Clean-Up Methods: Small spillages may be
mopped up with hot water. However, larger spillages
should be picked up by shovel (after having first been
mixed with sand or similar material) and put into
containers. It can then be disposed of in accordance
with Local Authority Regulations.
Cleaning: Wash all equipment with warm water.
If the adhesive has dried, it is preferable to soak the
equipment in cold water for 1 to 2 hours first.
7. HANDLING AND STORAGE
Storage: Stored in unopened containers at 5°
to 20° C these adhesives remain stable for at least six
months. The product should be agitated before use when
stored for long periods. Protect from frost at all
times.
Handling: It is recommended that barrier
creams or gloves are used, and where splashing may
occur, wear goggles.

Gloves are advisable to prevent repeated or prolonged
skin contact and goggles to avoid splashes to the eyes
where the method of application makes it necessary.

This product is liquid at room temperature, its
already very tacky nature increasing as it looses
moisture.

Stability: If stored correctly, product will
remain in a usable state for at least six months.

11. TOXICOLOGICAL INFORMATION
This product is non-toxic.
12. ECOLOGICAL INFORMATION
Degradability: Being natural products they are
environmentally friendly and are biodegradable. Paper
and board bonded with these products are recyclable.
13. DISPOSAL CONSIDERATION
The dried adhesive can be disposed of with normal
waste in accordance with Local Authority Regulations.
