John Stevens born November 5th 1805 Third son of William and Elizabeth Stevens Died July 17th 1885 Buried at St. Bartholomews church Horley.

Married to Ann Robinson born May 6th 1806 Fourth daughter of James & Dinah Robinson Died February 22nd 1864 at 4 Woodgrange Road, Forest Gate, Essex Buried at St. Mary's, Walthamstow, Essex.

Married at St. Anne's Limehouse by the Reverend James Rudge, October 14th 1826 by special licence, no other Steven's is mentioned on the certificate. There were 2 Robinson's as witnesses and a William Carr.

Children

Margaret Jane Stevens born December 5th 1827 died December 31st 1899 Prestonville Terrance, Brighton. Buried at St. Bartholomews, Horley.

Louisa Stevens born November 4th 1829, married Ralph Renner, died at sea March 1st 1860. Infant son born January 15th died January 27th 1829.

Emma Stevens born March 18th 1833, married Henry John Moore. She died at Los Angeles, California 27th July 1912.

Catherine Stevens born October 26th 1834. Died at March Street, Walthamstow February 19th 1862. Burried at St. Mary's, Walthamstow.

William Carr Stevens born October 23rd 1836. Died at the Oaks, Horley November 26th 1890, buried at St. Bartholowmews, Horley.

Infant son October 28th 1839 died same day.
